"Earns While You Sleep"
Version: Gomez Peer 5.5
Pros
I have been an active GomezPeer member for many years. I have not had any issues with pay. The terms state they pay 30 days behind, so what I got in June was for April work submitted. I still got it.
People also comment on the low pay scale. While you are actually on the computer, the software snoozes. It only works while your computer is idle, so it won't take resources you may need/want for other things. So, if your computer is idle 12 hours a day, and you earn the minimum pay of $5 for the month, you actually only "earn" for the 12 hours per day you are not activly using the computer.Cons
hhmmm. After 6 years of being an active member, I really can't think of any. Yes, pay is low, but almost any "Earn On Line" is.
Summary
Once you get upgraded to active status, the pay comes in regularly each month. Be patient and you will get upgraded. check the home page now and then, they put calls out for specific users/areas/internet connections.

"Buggy and no tech support"
Version: Gomez Peer 5.5
Pros
Pays a small amount
Cons
PC is intermittently swamped with "Panzilla" error messages. Gomez admits it is their program but does not respond to repeated requests for correction.
Summary
Have run Gomez for several years and collected about $140. Problems are intermittent enough that I haven't dumped it -- yet. The Panzilla issue is pushing me toward the breaking point.

"Sucessful download"
Version: Gomez Peer 5.5
Pros
The download of Gomez Peer was sucessful. I run this software on the computer, and it is not effecting or interuppting my activity. I earn money by having this software on my computer. I acknowlege that the program is there, and keep it on my computer.
Cons
It could pay alittle more, but for a free program, why complain?
