At best this is a hit and miss product, mostly misses and if you can't get your game to work then you won't find much help.
I bought over $200 worth of games recently and bought this and only 1 out of 5 games ran at all. The others, as usual, all requested the cd/dvd. They tell you it works but it really doesn't and is very disappointing. I still can't protect my games and as well I'm out of pocket for buying game jack on reviews instead of checking it out. I guess gamers will just have to wait for someone to create a program that really works.
