What's new in this version:

• New Launcher/Installer
• Fixes incompatibilities with new Macbooks
• Half sized installers
• It will attempt to add the default Library folder of 4.13.5 so users won't feel like they lost their old library

  "Better User Interface than LimeWire For Mac"

  Pros: Able to have More Specific Searches Such as Artist, Album, and Song.
  Supposedly written off Limewire Pro code.
  When searching I get much more results in frostwire than in limewire.
  Easy to locate incomplete files and delete them freeing disk space.

  Cons: Risk of Viruses if user doesn't know what they are doing or what to download, though Mac has thousands less viruses than Microsoft OS.

  Summary: Again I tried Limewire for the Mac first and my experience wasn't a pleasant one, while searching for an artist I'd notice I could only get about 40-60 results max most of which were the same file over and over again, then I could only download 10 i... read more >>

  "Very good program"

  Pros: i love everything about it. Had Limewire Pro but membership ran out, was annoyed to pay. Finally i ahve found Frostwire and its FREE! Just like Limewire PRO.

  "Gets the job done w/o fuss"

  Pros: Gives you access to tons o' music

  Cons: Tends to pull up a lot of porn spam, and you need to be careful about what you download.

  Summary: A good solid product w/no serious flaws. The latest version of Limewire is written specifically for Intel macs, but Frostwire works fine on my G4.
