This piece of **** that download.com passes off as a good program will hijack your search engines with malware and you will waste lots of time trying to figure out how to get rid of it all.
If you are unsure just google 1.delta-search spyware and see for yourself what a pain in the ass this has been for so many unfortunate users.
A simple uninstall will not work. You will need to remove all of the other associated junk that is included with this piece of **** and even then you will have to manually change all your internet search settings.
Good luck. You are going to need it.Cons

The real question for me is why a supposedly reputable website like cnet is associating itself with this piece of crap.
It does not work and contains lots of malware and spyware.
To the idiots at cnet who have a sponsored relationship with the manufacturer, in the spirit of Monty Python, I say this:

Have been using this program for about 3 Months and it is the best video down loader with no catches or hidden surprises.And best of all, it really is free.Better than programs that charge you and won't deliver or back up what they claim.(Can you say "Hulu Down Loader"} Does exactly what it says it will do and VERY simple to use. Can't go wrong with this program.

Like I said works when other won't. Captured Hula now I can avoid the freaking commercials.
Cons
Not really any. Just make sure you opt out of all the times it asks you if you want to load their toolbar. It asks you about 5 different times but that seems normal nowadays.

used to use realplayer to rip flash videos off websites but it stopped working about 6 months ago. i use IE9. tried a whole bunch of freeware and none of it worked.this one does. this doesnt work for ALL videos on ALL sites, but it damn sure works for most. recommended.

Very nice product except for the spyware
Cons
It loaded strongvault which is an off-line storage app. When I saw that I went to uninstall it and it told me that another installation was going so I went to task manager and saw two processes running with the admin account I used to install (my normal account is a user, not admin). It had also installed WinPCap which is a tool to map my network.

An offline storage app, admin processes and network scanner means it was set to take all my stuff.

This version, 3.4.0.2, has already been superseded by 3.4.1. Don't worry, when you go to use it you will be told a newer version is available. There were only 11 days between versions.
