From TalleyWare :FreeTrak 2006 is free software to manage your NCAA Basketball tournament pool. The teams and regions can be imported directly via the Internet, imported from a downloadable file (available from the FreeTrak site), or entered manually. Blank bracket sheets can be printed, as well as pick reports and current standings. Player's picks can be exported and/or imported to make life easier for tourney administrators. Standings can be viewed based on "what if" scenarios. Optional support for the play-in game is included. Version 2006 includes a new "Potential Points" option.

"All you ever need to manage your pools!"
Pros: Simple,
Easy,
Efficient,
Works!
Import the brackets, import players picks and then just update teams as they win/lose. Makes running a pool a breeze.
Actually a much better program than 2 paid ones I wasted money on.
Cons: No cons.
It isn't the prettiest program, but not a con really. It just lean and efficient.

"Nice efficient tracker, lacks scoring flexibility"
Pros: Easy to set up, import feature is great, and hey, it's free.
Cons: No option for scoring bonuses based on seed differentials. Unfrotunately, as good as it may look, this rules it out of tracking my pool right away. Suprising short-coming from a program that goes to the extent of socring the play-in game!
