Pros: Supports many video formats and the output quality is excellent!
Cons: no significant problems. This is a very polished program.
Summary: My favorite feature is its batch conversion. I can just arrange the task order and make myself a coffee!

"Perfect simple bit rate control"
Pros: I wanted a simple way to convert bit rates for lots of mp3s, quickly, while keeping control over where the files end up. This is perfect.
Cons: No cons yet. I guess it's not for you if you want something flash and needlessly complicated.
Summary: You choose a file format, choose a bitrate, then chose an output folder and click "Convert" and wait. So simple, why doesn't everything have this feature?
