Found Free Slideshow Maker really easy to use when creating a slide show for a recent wedding photography of my friends. This software's ease of use is augmented by its well-organized user interface. It was so simple just to input the photos and check the transition box. It walks me through a logical series of steps while creating a photo slideshow.
Much easier to use and runs faster than many other apps. Here is a quick sample that I made in less than 10 minutes once I had selected all the files (best watched in 1280*960). I personally will be creating a new masterpiece over the next few weeks to reside on my website.
I think it is well worth a try. It makes photo slideshow creation a pleasant experience for those who are considerably less tech-savvy. I can easily import pictures, add animated transitions, apply voice narration and change the frame size in a straightforward sequence. It includes timing control so you can determine how long to display each picture. This is just the start and what this software can do is a lot of fun and I look forward to learning more as I go. -

You can only add one song/audio file for the whole slideshow.
Downloads an unwanted browser toolbar even after unchecking all boxes for unwanted downloads during setup. It's easily removed through extensions/add ons.
Takes a while for it to make the slideshow, even with no audio.
