Publisher's Description
From SteveWehrmann:
Are you tired of seeing a huge list of available fonts when using your desktop publishing, word processing, graphics software and what not? I was! What's really strange is when designing a website you can only choose (and use) fonts that your visitors have on their system...so in essence, only documents you intend to print (in house) can benefit from having tons of fonts. So having lots of fonts constantly installed (and active) only wastes memory and can slow your computer. Fonts++ was created to simplify fonts usage by allowing you to switch between two groups ("All TrueType Fonts" and "My Favorite Fonts"). You can determine which TrueType fonts are included (in addition to the core OS and web safe fonts) in the "My Favorite Fonts" groups.

"Works great while it's responding"
Version: Fonts++ 1.0.1.1283
Pros
Does exactly what it claims
Cons
Crashes constantly on Vista. After the 7th crash I finally uninstalled it. I saw no way of adding another font folder other than the default c:\windows\fonts one.
Summary
I have a large font library that I like to use from time to time, so instead of having 4000 fonts installed, it would be nice to just browse the fonts from my library, select a few to install and when I am done with them, remove them again. I saw no way of really doing this, but then again, the program kept crashing on me.
If this was a stable release and gave you more control over fonts, it would be a great program, but as is, it appears limited and very unstable.
