Font Viewer allows you to list, compare, try and print all installed fonts on your system.
- It displays the total number of installed fonts on your system.
- It displays the name of each font next to its rank.
- It displays an example of text with each font.
- You can edit each example, which allows you to try out the fonts as you want.
- You can replicate your own example through all the fonts.
- You can change the style, the size and the color of all the fonts.
- You can open multiple windows at the same time with all the fonts to compare them more easily.
- It can automatically display the main characters of each font.
- It can print all of your fonts with the selected size, style and text.
- It doesn't need any installation which makes it very easy to use.
- It is available in English and in French.

"Amazing and easy to view and find exactly what I need! Thank You!"
Pros: The preview as I scroll over the typestyle, the quick and short immediate view of the typestyle, the ability to sort in so many useful ways and the ease of importing fonts and using the program.

Cons: Whatever file it downloads to isn't compatible with Windows. I can't even open it. You have to search to find a program to open it. What a waste.

Pros: It's a great way to quickly see your fonts and being genuinely free there are no nag or upgrade screens.
Cons: It doesn't do much besides show your fonts but I expected that.

"The user is not able to set different options on print styles."
Summary: One of the predecessers of this peice of software is the Typebook which unfortunately I have not found for Mac OSX. It allows the user different options for printing the active fonts. With this feature you can easily create printed font catalogs.
