From the developer: "Folder Icon X is an application providing a simple way to create a customized folder and document icons by placing another icon on a standard plain icon. It fully supports 'drag & drop', picture-to-icon feature, live icon resize, reading-writing in '.icns' format, and can load any icons from any files or folders. All generated icons are 32-bit Mac OS X-compatible icons which can be viewed on both Classic Mac OS and Mac OS X. Folder Icon X has six languages: English, French, German, Japanese, Spanish and Dutch."
