From Softvoile :FlashPaste lite is a free utility for making it easier to enter the frequently used text blocks: greetings, standard phrases, e-mail addresses, Internet addresses, and logins/passwords. You enter the necessary text once in the database. When you need to enter a pre-defined phrase, you just press the hot key and select the necessary line from the popup list. Version 3.3 Added: Automatically hide string selection dialog box when leaving its window option. Option to disable restoring clipboard content after pasting a clip. Improved: MS Word and Excel interoperability. New hotkeys were added to string selection dialog box (F2, Ctrl+Left Arrow, Right Arrow) Added: Configurable Compatibility Delay option, to get rid of some rare problems while pasting clips. Reduced memory footprint.

"It only pastes what you type into it!"
Pros: It does what it says it does
Cons: It doesn't capture clips from the clipboard!

"The best programs I have ever used, excellent"
Pros: At arms lenth when you need that ifomation.
When you no longer need it, delete it.
Cons: Needs a delete key, still these are great programs.
