From OpenSight Software :FlashFXP is an FTP/FXP client to allow FTP transfer directly between two servers (allowing you to transfer files independent of your PC's connection speed). FlashFXP uses a familiar explorer-like interface that even the most novice user can master in minutes. It offers features such as drag-and-drop, CHMOD support, SSL/TLS transfer, enterprise friendly rollout options, firewall and proxy support, strong application encryption, speed limiting, statistics, scheduling, auto-reconnect. Version 3.0.2 contains many enhancements, bug fixes, and stabilizes version 3.0.

Pros: I have gotta say this product is very, very easy to use. The interface is simple and its easy to perform actions.
Cons: Its not free and you get an annoying notice at the start

"Developed by professionals for everyone..."
Pros: This product is absolutly necessary for your qualitative work with FTP. The program is easy in use, possesses the intuitive-clear interface and a set of all necessary functions for work with FTP. With this program you can do site-to-site transfer, resume aborted uploads/downloads, make catalogs and many more.
Recommended.

Summary: I went through several FTP programs before finding FlashFXP. And what a fantastic program it is.
Various internet sites mentioned winftp and cuteftp, but I could find nothing that was a patch on this.
