From Blue Nine :FavoriteSync solves the problem of keeping the same set of Internet Explorer Favorites on several computers in sync. It syncs the Favorites against any standard FTP server and stores them as an XML file. That means that if the content of the FTP server is published on the web you will be able to reach your Favorites from any computer on the Internet. It requires no manual work once installed and is free for non-commercial use.

Summary: This program has always crashed at startup but I used to start it manually and it was fine. Now they have released an upgrade that's worse than the previous version and it's not working properly at all. Use with caution and backup your favourites!
