Using FTP can be complicated and confusing. FTP Voyager cleans up the mess with its blend of performance and ease of use, dressed in a familiar Windows Explorer-style interface and loaded with features. On the feature front, FTP Voyager supports Secure Shell (SSH) access, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connections, and folder synchronization. A handy scheduler lets you automate transfers.
The interface is fully customizable, with a grab bag of options. The most notable tweak is Simple Mode, which limits the number of visible features and swaps out the small, cramped toolbars with one larger, more universal one. The view menu lets you toggle between Simple Mode and FTP Voyager's normal interface. Overall, FTP Voyager is a well-balanced FTP client that offers excellent features for professional users while maintaining ease of use for novices.

Version: FTP Voyager 12.3.0.1
"Powerful FTP software but minor flaws"
Pros: Powerful easy to use FTP software, has extensive list of configuration options, very fast client, excellent folder view and navigation! Absolutely ease of use.
Cons: I went thought WS_FTP version 8, version 2006, Core FTP, Filezilla, Cute FTP and this. FTP Voyager is the winner. Few flaws: Voyager's thumbnail view didn't work on Win 2000. I downloaded the DLL file from Microsoft and installed but didn't work for pictures or anything. Cute FTP's thumbnail view works well. Cute FTP has HTML editor, Voyager doesn't. If you can live without a built in HTML editor, then Voyager is the absolute choice. Four stars because of the flaws.

"Nice FTP program for you people who love LeechFTP"
Pros: Probably the next best and closest looking FTP client to LeechFTP.
Refreshing interface.
Highly customizable interface.
Multithreaded.
Associated with Serv-U FTP Server.
Cons: Its not free.
Its a little bloated.
It sure isnt LeechFTP.

"Good, but not good enough vs. other clients...."
Pros: Nice interface. Some advanced features you can only find on Cute FTP. I like FileZilla - open source. ;) The following sums it up - "There are more than a hundred other FTP clients for Windows, but NONE of them has achieved so much in such a short time as FileZilla." Not even FTP Voyager. : )
Cons: I was so happy in 2001 when FileZilla came along, which gave us an interface like FTP Voyager, (Windows Explorer based), but does not rip you off with overpricing/update fees like Rhinosoft. For the money I recomend using Cute Pro before FTP Voyager since Cute matches Voyager on every feature, is better known and provides much better support. Besides, FTP Voyager crashes on large downloads.

"Excellent Dependable FTP Client"
Pros: For my needs of uploading to a web server for my web site, its excellent. It has solid stable connections and the interface is very user friendly and intuitive. Its worth paying for, but perhaps a bit overpriced although no more so than comparable products
