Using FTP can be complicated and confusing. FTP Voyager cleans up the mess with its blend of performance and ease of use, dressed in a familiar Windows Explorer-style interface and loaded with features. On the feature front, FTP Voyager supports Secure Shell (SSH) access, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connections, and folder synchronization. A handy scheduler lets you automate transfers.
The interface is fully customizable, with a grab bag of options. The most notable tweak is Simple Mode, which limits the number of visible features and swaps out the small, cramped toolbars with one larger, more universal one. The view menu lets you toggle between Simple Mode and FTP Voyager's normal interface. Overall, FTP Voyager is a well-balanced FTP client that offers excellent features for professional users while maintaining ease of use for novices.

Version: FTP Voyager 11.2
"Simple design with comprehensive feature set."
Pros: FTP Voyager is the best FTP client I've used, period. I had been using WS_FTP for eons, and had grown used to it over the years. I gave FTP Voyager a try and was amazed by how much easier it is to use. It's a snap to begin uploading and downloading files, and the custom commands feature makes FTP Voyager very extensible.
Cons: I have one very minor gripe. Changing file permissions using CHMOD is not as simple a task as it was with WS_FTP.

Version: FTP Voyager 11.2
Pros: I'm very happy with this software, I'm a web developer for over 10 years and for me, this is the best FTP client that I have seen. Is super fast even with SSL connections and allow me to use several encryption modes.
The scheduler is very good, I sync all my sites @ night with it and above all is very easy to use
I haven't use the tech support or sales support yet, so I'm not able to review them, but the software is a 10 start soft. :D
Cons: The FTP scheduler starts having problems if you run it as service and is running over 3 days. The problems are solved by shuting down the FTP voyager scheduler and re-opening it.

Pros: Excellent program. The synchronization features are great, and it can open several connections when transferring small files. Nice drag and drop support, too. I've contacted the support a couple of times and in both cases they were great - fast and helpful.
The Scheduler can take repetitive annoying jobs and make them happen without interaction, if scheduled, or with a single-click, if not. Full support for compression and SSL.
Cons: No options on the scheduler for non-permanent net connections. No way to type folder names, which is very annoying when transfering files from several folders (Drag and drop really helps here).
