If you need a full-blown FTP tool, this application isn't the droid you're looking for. FTP Now, though stable and reliable, only offers a set of basic features and settings. You won't find secure protocol support or scheduling, but you will be able to download or upload several files at once to and from multiple FTP servers. As should be expected, FTP Now supports the resumption of interrupted transfers. Its strength is in its straightforward and flexible interface; you can move or hide any panel you're not using. Though the program doesn't cache directories for faster browsing, you easily can access upper-level folders in the folder panel. The only downsides are dialog windows that pop up with every transfer. People who need to occasionally download or upload files will appreciate FTP Now, though its features don't trump those of many freeware FTP utilities.Publisher's description
From Network-Client :FTP Now is multithreaded FTP-client software with the look and feel of Windows Explorer. It makes moving files between the Internet and your computer as simple as local file manipulation. Whether uploading a Web page or image, downloading music or software, or transferring files between your computer and any FTP server, FTP Now will get the job done. It's suitable for beginners and experts. Its main features include full drag-and-drop FTP uploading and downloading, the ability to transfer entire folders at once and to upload or download multiple files simultaneously, a fully customizable user interface, CERN proxy support, the ability to bookmark FTP folders, a connection wizard, resume support for downloads and uploads, the ability to automatically send a keep-alive command, Windows XP theme support, a Windows Explorer look and feel, a site manager, and unlimited free technical support.
Version 2.6.27 fixed a bug regarding the resume support.

Version: FTP Now 2.6.27
"Easy interface and uploading. Had some problems downloading."
Pros: The program is easy to use and straightforward. I appreciate that. It made it really easy to upload content to my website.
Cons: When I tried to download some large files from a friend's FTP server, the download kept going past 100%. My finished download of a 1.21 GB .RAR file was over 2 GB. Then WinRAR told me the file was corrupt. This happened two separate times. The program just didn't know when transfer was complete. It was a big ol' waste of time.
