Pros: free
Cons: Sasponto's review was clearly written by the developer, click on the name. This thing comes with 5 games you have never heard of. I clicked on Galaga and downloaded it. It is zipped. I try to extract it and i'm told i can't extract it.
I try to move the files to ExtraMame, i'm not allowed to. This 'software' does basically nothing for you, Wintools expects you to download the ~3000 games yourself and ExtraMame can't even do that right.

Pros: Works exactly as advertised. Just install MAME first, then ExtraMAME on top of it.
It is a shame the previous reviewer does not understand the MAME concept... the ROMs are not public domain and cannot be distributed. You MUST go find them yourself somewhere.
Cons: Not quite as many features as MAME32, but at least you don't have to pay for FileNet to download this.

Pros: Games of my childhood! I love it! I cried today when I played games which I played 20 years ago! Thanks to ExtraMAME and MAME!

"Read the Readme.txt and its simple"
Pros: as long as you do everything the manual says to do it works great, i couldnt figure out how to get mame running right untill i ran across this program
Cons: should be a little more simple to install and understand, but im still learning
