Evernote for Android lets you keep track of your ideas using multimedia notes with text, voice clips, pictures, attached files, even location stamps. Also, it automatically backs up to your cloud-based Evernote account for easy access from any data-connected device.
Evernote's interface is incredibly sleek and easy to navigate, which is a big accomplishment, considering the myriad features the app offers. On the Home screen are four large buttons to get you started creating notes: New note (for text), Snapshot, Audio, and Attach. At the bottom of this screen, you can choose to view your notes, notebooks (folders for organizing your notes), tags, or places (geotags associated with any notes). Alternatively, you can swipe left to start browsing through your content. And no matter where you are in the app, there is always a contextual action bar at the bottom, showing options related to the screen you're on.
When taking notes, you'll find much of the same multimedia functionality that the full Evernote site offers. You can attach any pictures, audio clips, video, or files to your notes. Hit the Menu button, and you get the option to set a location stamp so you know where you were when you jotted.
When it comes to editing text, the Evernote app offers quite a few formatting tools. You get all the basics like Italic, Underline, and Bold. Plus, there are options to add bullets, numbered lists, check boxes, and even sketches, if you have Evernote's sister app Skitch installed.
Evernote for Android really shines in its flexibility to handle so many media types. Just like the full Evernote site, the app lets you embed text, audio, photo, video, or pretty much any other type of file into your notes. It also has some rich sharing functions built in, which allow you to post a note to your Facebook, Twitter, or any of your other installed applications. The reality is, if you're just looking for something to keep a grocery list, then Evernote may not be the best option for you. But, if your idea scrawling requires the infusion of multimedia files and possibly location stamps, download this beautiful app and set up an account now.

"Not the best out there, could be faster"
Version: Evernote 3.3.1
Ability to sync to the web easily so you can edit your lists/notes from your phone or computer is very handy.
The fact that when you're in the phone setting you have to open the app, eventually navigate to your note, and then hit the 'edit' button. I am a fan of the s-note app for samsung beacuse as soon as you take the stylus out a note pops up.
If it was easier to get to editing the list (Say your writing down what someone else is saying in real time) it would be perfect
I hope they eventually make it easier to quickly jot down notes.
"Best ever app"
Version: Evernote 3.3.1
This is wonderful app and program for computer. you can add almost anything many different ways...clip from a website, email program(it gives you email address, photo just a few. I very seldom use bookmarks anymore...just stash it here for future needs.
Took awhile to learn but worth it.
This is my favorite now. Great program for organizing everything.
"One of the best apps out there"
Version: Evernote 3.3.1
Instantly syncs your data across all platforms, multi-functional, multi-purpose, notes anywhere, anytime, keeps you organized, clean interface, incredibly easy to manage and navigate.
Not much I can say. It works as advertised.
Evernote is a truly great note-taking app that helps you keep your thoughts and daily activities organized. Any thought that pops up in my head, I automatically record it in Evernote. And poof! there it is...on my phone, on my computer, and in my calendar. It is able to sync your data just like that! This app works well across all platforms. The interface is simple and very easy to navigate. It is definitely one of the apps that helps make your life a little easier.
