From Eschelbacher:WebEditor2006 is a browser based WYSIWYG online HTML and Rich Text editor, written in PHP. WebEditor2006 is easy to install (5 minute setup) and allows you to create and edit your web pages from everywhere without any programming knowledge. WebEditor2006 also supports external style sheets. Users with programming skills also can edit these files source code online: HTML, CSS, Java-script, PHP, Java and Perl. Version 2006.15 has Snippet Container, style sheet support.
