Elegantz Website Builder provides simple tools for making a functional Web site. The program gives a great number of customization options to help achieve the exact look and function needed.

Even though we'd never built a Web site before, we felt comfortable with this program's interface. Its Wizard-like layout and instructional Help file gave us the confidence to start from scratch. The program's tools had us building a main page and all the supplemental pages within minutes. We were able to insert text, photos, and media and even set up a PayPal-related shopping page to sell items from our site. The pages worked great when in preview mode, but the default layout was rather bland. Fortunately, there were dozens of templates ranging from professional looks to fun layouts that were easily applied and fit our site much better. Our only gripe was that we couldn't access the templates until we were in Page Preview mode, which was the final step. For those looking customize their site even further, we discovered a feature to insert HTML code, which made this program's design capabilities virtually limitless. With a few clicks we had a functional, professional-looking site published online, which was impressive considering we'd never built a site before.

Elegantz Website Builder has an update trial limit of three Web sites. It installs desktop icons without permission and leaves folders upon uninstall. Its simplicity and flexibility make this a recommended program.
