While this streamlined, no-frills program is reliable, it doesn't offer any more tricks than does a basic wristwatch. Egg Timer Plus includes both a timer and a stopwatch on the same miniature program screen; you can toggle between the two by clicking on tabs. We found it handy to create presets, or set times to count down to an alert (while waiting for pasta to boil, say, or waiting for a show to start). Yet you can't set several timers at once--to do so, you have to open several instances of the program and then set each. While compact, Egg Timer Plus is fairly basic and could have included a handful of skins or better sounds to give it a bit more flair. Overall, this program's no rotten egg, but we'd love to see more functions (even for our five bucks).Publisher's description
From Sardine Software :Egg Timer Plus is a small, easy-to-use stopwatch and egg timer. It's resizeable on the screen-timer display. The program has separate timer and stopwatch modules. Save your own preset timers and have unique audible timer completion sounds for each preset.

"Does what I need - one bug that I found"
Pros: I use this as a productivity tool. I set the count-down timer and stay on a task not allowing interruptions until the Egg Timer goes off.
Egg Timer works perfectly for this need.
Cons: There is a minor bug when you set a new Preset. You can create a new Preset, but you can't get back to unless you re-start the application. Not a big deal, but a bug none the less.

Pros: I don't sure whether I should pay $5 for further 2 times only or validity for one year.

Pros: quick installation; does exactly what i needed; easily changed; good sound effect; big numbers; stays in memory until unloaded
