EasyBilling Maker of Sales Document provides small business owners with a program to cover all their billing needs. With a lot of options and a tight focus, this is a great program for anyone looking to get organized with their bills.
This program gets off to a strong start with an interface that should feel natural to all users, even ones with no experience with billing software. With clearly marked icons and blank forms that lead you through the process of creating a document, we were impressed with its intuitive nature. However, if questions persist, the Help file offers solutions to any issue you might encounter. EasyBilling allowed us to quickly and easily input clients and employees to make our billing faster. From there, creating anything from an invoice, to a purchase order and many other options was a snap. The blank forms are laid out with clear informational fields, which make things easy. In addition, all completed forms are stored for quick review.
The program offers a few simple features that enhance the overall experience. The best is its ability to run sales reports, tax reports, and the like, which is a matter of filling out a few boxes and clicking buttons. A trial restriction that limits you to the creation of 30 documents is included. Still, we recommend this program for anyone looking to get their paperwork in order, especially within a small business.
