Version: EBgo Sniper 1.3.7
Pros: Price.
Cons: Just as the bidding was to start, the thing got some kind of runtime error and the thing died. Got it launched again almost in time, sent in the bid and it died again. Lost the bid. Something I watched for 3 days without this bid utility and decided to purchase this for a little insurance.
They also tell you on the utility I just downloaded fresh,(1.3.7) "New Version Availible" click to download. Visted the download site which is right here, SAME VERSION! So I'm stuck with crap that doesn't work. So far, no answer to my email.
Must be a email version conflict there too.

"Fantastic! - Fanatic Support!"
Pros: Very good service, and easy to use software, realiable. Got problems with version 1.3.7 due to an ebay change, and they released a new version immediately. Version 1.3.8c is working very good, support deserves five stars.
Cons: I don't like the small window, there is no option to maximize it.

"Unreliable. 1/2 bids never achieved."
Cons: Set at 30 seconds to snipe. More than half bids never go through. Riddled w/ constant errors.
