E-Icons is a user-friendly utility that allows you to change almost any of the standard Windows 95/98/NT/2000 icons, including those for the desktop, Start menu, drives, folders, and files. It supports icon themes, so you can change icons all at one time, or create your own. You can also assign icons to any folder. This version includes Windows 2000 support, HTML Help, and minor bug fixes.

This program is Shareware and may be registered for $19.
