From Dynamic Network Services :

DynDNS Updater is a lightweight application designed to keep hostnames in DynDNS' free and paid DNS services up-to-date with your current IP address. This allows one to run Web or e-mail services at home, even on a dynamic IP address. Version 3.1.0.6 can be run as a service or standalone application.

Note: A free account from the DynDNS Web site is required to use this product.
