"Cancellation problem"

Too frustrated to put any pros..

I've been trying to cancel the recurring payment on my bank account. No phone access, just email to "happytohelp@dropsend.com" Deducted 2 months since i've cancelled and I've emailed no reply, no confirmation reply of my cancellation. Watch out, I'm still trying to cancel, have had to go to my bank and put on a stop payment for the next 6 months.

I have used Dropsend many hundreds of times for sending files to clients. I have had issues with broken uploads on some files but seems to occur infrequently.
