"Very effective and efficient application"
Pros: Makes documents available form anywhere. Paid service worth the price. Lets you work from the remote location. Synchronization feature works effortlessly.
Cons: When saving a document, the FileManager comes up in front of whatever it was you were working on. So you have to minimize the FileManager before returning to your work.

"Great overall, but has some issues."
Pros: The process works well and the cost is reasonable. For the most part I am pleased with the service and the security and peace of mind it provides. However, there are some annoying bugs in the software which have not been addressed in this release either..
Cons: Does not pop up/or blink when there is a problem. So when you come to close your machine down, you see a status message you have to respond to at times. Then you have to wait for all the files which have queued up in the meantime to upload. (this is a major pain for me).
Also, removing a synchronised folder does not remove the syncronised icon from the folder display making it hard to manage visually.
Frequently files which I know have not been used for some time, are eventually uploaded. Leaving me to wonder how much I am at risk.
Sometimes tells you a folder is already a synchronised folder when it is not, the only way around this is to rename the folder and try again.
Would like to see multiple upload streams to speed up transfers.
Expanding the view to full screen takes a strangely long time compared to other applications.
Sometimes uploads fail and the only way to resend them is to restart DriveHQ or, in extreme cases, restart your computer first and then retrying the transfer.
Dont get me wrong, I love the service and for the most part I can live with these issues. The problem is that they have been outstanding for quite some time now.

"Best remote sharing and synchronization software, love it"
Pros: just signed up for DriveHQ paid service, excellent application! I use the group account service for sharing files with my customers.
Love the interface, supports drag and drop; data encryption (which is required for my type of business); sharing with different permissions for different folders / customers.
Cons: Great application. So far, I have only one complaint: the folder doesn't automatically refresh in DriveHQ FileManager when you uploaded a file via web browser.
