It supports advanced file caching, encryption and compression, and can resume broken downloads/uploads. The user interface is as simple as Windows Explorer or FTP. New version also supports MagicUpload, which can upload file at lightening fast speed in some cases.
Version 3.8.257 includes limited free 1GB FTP server hosting service; group account support; FTP over SSL, private domain FTP.

Version: DriveHQ FileManager 3.8.257
Pros: It has a built-in selection of publishing your files, taking the guesswork out of which folder to upload your data.
Cons: It is designed to be a vehicle to communicate ONLY with HQDrive servers for their on-line storage service. A fresh system boot will have one cpu process running unnecessarily. When opening the progam, 3 processes using 30MB of RAM with 2 ports of communications continuously running with their servers. I prefer an universal FTP program.

"Easier use, Safe data, affordable price."
Pros: I used DriveHq service 6 months ago, DriveHQ FileManager is very easy to install and use, it supports drag-n-drop, data encryption. Because I travel every month, It is very convenient for me to work on my business data, and share my data with my clients.

"Great FTP software, and great service!"
Pros: The application description might be a little misleading. It is a great FTP / Online FileManagement application, plus a business class FTP hosting service.
The cool features are:
Drag and drop; fast photo preview and thumbnail; Data encryption, which is more than SSL; The "DriveHQ Share" virtual folder. It might take a minute to figure out the advanced sharing features, but once you learned it, you will loved it as it simply blows away other file sharing website I've used before; Group Sharing and Collaboration with folder synchronization -- this is the best feature and the most useful feature for me.
Cons: A little bit too complicated than other FTP or file sharing applications I've used. However, the interface is well designed and intuitive. So average users can still use it to achieve some common tasks. If you have a high-end need, or you don't mind to spend 5-10 minutes playing with it, you will love it.

"Amazingly easy, fast & intuitive"
Pros: I needed to share Cisco VPN client to my colleague who was traveling, FileManager uploaded 10MB files in just a few seconds! I was wondering if it was actually uploaded; yes, no problem as my colleague already downloaded successfully.
Pros:
(1) Intuitive user interface, similar to FTP and Windows Explorer;
(2) Drag & drop, fast and reliable;
(3) Integrates full FTP hosting service, so it's easier than other FTP client as no need to enter FTP info;
(4) Can do reverse share, i.e. not only I can share files to others, I can actually share a folder for others to share files back to me. Nice feature!
(5) I just found this feature: it can do group share, that's neat for sharing to a group of people.
Cons: (1) It requires sign up an account;
(2) While the basic service is free permanently, to get full features, you need to subscribe to the paid service.
I guess I cannot really complain. Other FTP client software can be more expensive, so DriveHQ FileManager, with more features and integrated FTP service, for a $29.99/year is a super deal.
