"Professional product for serious work."
Pros: Attention to details, Knowledge and Help Documentation on the highest level found around.
Online Support/Feedback are awesome - guys actually are reading your emails and responding to it in very impressive manner.
Cons: Trying to get everyone happy, the product feels too big. You need a time to adjust yourself to it. I would prefer to have it done only for professional users.

"comprehensive downloading toolset"
Pros: pc magazine call it the swiss army knife of downloaders. i agree. its got so many tools for downloading stuff from the net. thankfully they all work well together and the help/tutorials are well written. customer support dept has helped me get several videos i needed. very helpful and prompt.
Cons: with so many tools, it can be initially overwhelming/complex, but once you get into it, its fine and you work out that you need all the tools to get stuff.
