"Very slick application but not always stable"

Pros
Very slick application with many useful features that allows downloading a single file or a range of files or an entire website or just portions of a website. Haven't found any features that were missing.
Cons
On my 32-bit desktop the application tended to crash after downloading between 800 and 900 files. On my 64-bit laptop, application did much better.

Very good program, but still some stability issues.

DownloadStudio allows me to download videos from YouTube, files from my favourite download sites such as Megaupload and filesonic.
Cons
No support for rtmp.
Summary
I've tried Free Download Manager, Internet Download Manager, Flash Get and Orbit and DownloadStudio is the best. If they added rtmp support it would be even better.

Download speed is fast-fast-fast, and the resulting downloads are easy-to-manage! New version (6.0.4) offers improved performance, and includes support for the latest iterations of Internet Explorer, Firefox (including 4.0!), Chrome, Opera, etc.
Cons
No "lite" or free version (However, the trial version is fully-functional for 15-days).

If you are in need of a download manager (and believe me, at some point you WILL need one), then Conceiva's DownloadStudio is a great choice. This software not only handles a huge variety of download-types from a wide array of sites, but also accelerates your download speed! "I am disabled and this is my favorite software bar none"

This program does so much for the disabled; it helps me find the files that I need.
I just tell it what I want and it finds it; It also remembers to only get the files that have changed since the last search. How perfect is that?Cons
The only con that I can think of is that it took me so many years before I found it.

"Worked for me on a download"

This program worked where a few others did not. I was able to get a copy of a video that was embedded on a website for a TV news show. It copies the video in real time from my screen. Other programs try to download the file, and they never did it.
Cons
The screen was a little out of sync at times, but picture was clear, audio was good.
