From Diodia Software :The Download Toolbar is a download manager and an image viewer. It makes Internet Explorer the only application needed for finding, downloading, and viewing pictures. The toolbar doesn't just download pictures, though. It handles all file types, including movies, documents, and ZIP files. The toolbar uses the same cookies and sessions as Internet Explorer, so there are no problems with password-protected sites. A button in the toolbar disables script execution. This is useful when surfing Web pages with many pop-up windows.
