From Tensons:Download Accelerator Manager (DAM) is a tool for resuming and managing Internet downloads. With the resume capability of DAM, it will recover broken downloads due to unexpected events or errors, such as lost connections, power outages, or network problems. DAM can get files from protected sites and support Web cookies, proxy, HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP protocols, and redirects. A wealth of other features include connection, cookie, and free-space management and automatic shutdown. Plus, it integrates with Microsoft Internet Explorer, MSN Explorer, Avant Browser, Maxthon (MyIE2), Firefox, Netscape, Mozilla, Opera, and other browsers, to handle downloads.
Version 2.2 adds max-simultaneous-download option and improves user interface.

"Pausing Downloads Before Disconnecting is a Lifesaver!"
Pros: This program allows you to pause a download before you disconnect so you can resume it later. This is a great program for dial-up users! (like me)
