Easy to use - would be nice if it worked!
Cons
I tried converting a music clip from YouTube into mp3 format and it all seemed to be working fine. Very fast download... or so I thought. Found the file in my folder and tried to import it into iTunes by every means possible (Add to library, drag and drop etc) but it just would not import or even play by double clicking file. Then I found that the file was in fact zeroKB in size, so no data had actually been transferred, just the title of the file. Not impressed.
Summary
If I could give this software 0 stars I would.
