Here at last, Dog.app. Dog.app is a for-fun-only app that sits on your desktop and makes a lot of noise. It barks, pants, growls, and quotes Kant. Well, it really quotes everyone but Kant. Amuse yourself till you bleed.

What's new in this version: The only difference in the Version 2.8 of Cat.app and Version 2.1 of Dog.app is that the windows now have the standard Outline Drag found in all other Macintosh windows, versus the old Solid Drag. Nothing else has been changed at all.
