DocHaven is a shared library for your documents as an alternative to normal folders on your PC or file server. Your documents are permanently backed up and you bring take them out of the backup as you need them. You store your documents in 'Projects', booking them out and checking them back in. Only one person can take out a project at once so you always know which is the latest version. Others can view a project that is out, but not change it. Every time a Project is put away, it keeps the old versions automatically. So not only do you have the latest version, but if make a mistake in a Project, you can always go back to a previous version. Each time a person tries to take out a Project they are verified. They must be either the owner of the Project or a member of the group to which the Project belongs. DocHaven compresses the Projects before storing them, saving your hard drive space. Status, dates, billing, keywords, logs and Project Management functions are included for each Project. It links with the CRMHaven, ScreenHaven, CashHaven and TwitHaven modules. All HMS modules can be run any of three ways - from one standalone PC (Macintosh, Windows or Linux) to a LAN to a service hosted entirely on the 'Cloud'.
