This software contains a runtime agent which periodically forces the screensaver "idle time" to 15 minutes, as a security measure. Great for Managed OS X environments where these "ByHost" preferences are not easily managed...especially when you want to offer the ability for a client to change their desktop/screensaver pictures while restricting their ability to turn off their screensaver.
