From TheLittleCalorie :This is a tool for converting images or digital photos into Windows icons. Digital Image To Icon Converter makes it possible to use any graphical editor to produce icons. It has the ability to convert digital pictures in the formats BMP, GIF, JPEG (JPG), and PNG to Windows icons (ICO). It has a support for making transparent icons and the user can choose which color to make transparent.
Version 1.3 is a bug fixing release.
