Version: Digital Image To Icon Converter 1.2
Pros: You can create a one of a kind desktop. I replaced all my desktop icons with photos. I replaced my internet browser icon with a picture of my car, I replaced Scotty,(the Win Patrol dog) with a picture of my own dog, my house is the new icon for LimeWire, and ended up changing all my icons into various photos I have. It takes a while, but it sure is fun, and makes your desktop quite a conversation piece. Try it, you'll like it! 5 Stars and Two thumbs Up!

Version: Digital Image To Icon Converter 1.2
Pros: Looks good on the download page.
Cons: When beginning the install, it said I needed the MSN .NET framework. For what purpose, I have no idea, and that in itself seemed a dodgy start. The funny thing is, I do have an MSN account, and was running MSN Messenger at the time.
I continued installing and everything seemed fine. Although it did open my browser and load the program's website, which was slightly annoying and kind of pointless, seeing as you're about to see what the program's about by using it.
Then I attempted to run the program, but it came up with an initialisation error and closed itself.
I don't know why it requires the .Net network, or why it couldn't open, but that was enough for me.
