If you're of the opinion that waiting for long minutes and hours on hold until a customer service rep shows up will not measurably build your character, Dial Zero is a must-have iPhone app. To get a live person, start by scrolling or searching for the company you wish to call. The tappable phone number is displayed in large numbers, and each record instructs you what to push to barge through the automated switchbacks. For some companies, pressing zero repeatedly is the key; for others, pressing 2 once is your Open Sesame.
When you're done, there's a field for sharing feedback--especially useful if the company changes their numbers or automated menu--and a link for rating a company's customer service on GetHuman.com. We just wish that the keyboard wouldn't obstruct the company list so, but we hear that a transparent keyboard is coming soon.

Version: Dial Zero 1.0
Pros: This app is extremely useful, free, and has a huge library of comany names!
Cons: So far the application is very good. A minor con is the keyboard which covers most of the screen while searching. Other than that, it's excellent!
Summary: A worthy download.
