Version: Desktop Sales Manager for Office & Outlook 6.7.3

"Nice software, non-existent support"

Pros: nice, simple and clean interface

Cons: A little buggy but outstandingly poor support

Summary: I filed five or six support tickets... none replied to, I e-mailed support... nothing, I e-mailed sales, still nothing, I searched for 30 minutes to find a phone number and left a VM, still I heard nothing.

Garbage, absolute garbage!
