From PongTracker :

Desktop PongTracker allows you to record all your beer pong games without being connected to the Internet. Simply download the Desktop PongTracker application, record your beer pong games, and then upload those games when you connect back to the Internet. You will need to register a username at http://www.pongtracker.com in order to use the software. The offline games are then saved in the same way an online game is, and stats become available through the Web site.
