From iDeskSoft :Desktop Icon Toy is a desktop icon enhancement tool that allows you to manage your Windows desktop icons. It can animate and dance icons, layout icons, remove icon labels, add hover effects for desktop icons, automatically show hide desktop icons, save and restore desktop icon layout.
Version 1.5 has automatically re-layout after changing the screen resolution. When layout, can configure different start position of icons. This can give better effects. Left click the tray icon to random layout (disabled when in lock mode).
