Delete Duplicates for Outlook is a tool for detecting and deleting duplicate e-mails for Microsoft Outlook. Some of the key features are: Mailboxes-tree panel, Mailbox-information panel, 3 major scanning methods: Classic, Hash, and Light. Classic method: Byte for byte match-up. Hash method: Compare hash values. Light method: Compare message-ids, fast and reliable performances.

Additional scanning options, provision to compare message headers (compare all/include some/exclude some), provision to compare message attachments (compare all/include some/exclude some), cross-mailbox scan compare for duplicates across several mailboxes, prioritize mailboxes, variety of filters: Match: status/importance/text field/attachment name/message flags/date range/size, option to match all or any filter, variety of actions (what to do with duplicates): delete/set expired/set flag duplicate/set importance, support for Outlook versions: 2000/2/3/7, and logging.

What's new in this version:
