Delete Duplicates for Outlook enables you to detect and delete duplicate e-mail messages from your Outlook mailboxes. It is a add-in, i.e. an auxiliary program that interfaces with Outlook, can operate in and on the Outlook environment. Benefits: removal of duplicate messages, use of filters, 3 scanning methods, fast performances, logging, variety of additional options, (Un)Installation package, no 3rd party run-time libraries.

Version 2.8 has mailboxes pop-up menu. Right-click on the tree, or press Shift+F10, to open this menu. Check all mailboxes. (Hot-key: Ctrl + '+') plus clear all check-marks. (Hot-key: Ctrl + '-') plus preserve checked (toggle: on/off). Keep checked mailboxes for the next session.
