I opted out of toolbar and spyware and it installed properly. The YouTube downloader works like a charm. Simple and easy to use.
Cons
Not really a con, but there are a myriad of separate standalone programs available, so it will take a while to figure out which programs to use.
Summary
Totally free, hasn't nagged me yet, does the job without a lot of head scratching.

None. Did not work on any media.
Cons
Installed several known spyware apps, rerouted my browser start page to a google portal that was barely discernable from the original google, installed a toolbar and broke add/remove software dialog.
Summary
Software appears to be a trap designed to lull you into compliance. Installled junk all over my computer - enough so that I had to do a complete clean install all over again.
