From Acute Systems :

CrossFont is a 32-bit program that can convert Mac TrueType and Postscript Type 1 fonts to Windows format, and PC TrueType and Type 1 fonts to Mac format. It includes support for long file names, drag and drop, and font families. It can also automatically determine file type. The new version has an updated user interface and folder searching support. This shareware version can only convert one font at a time. The cost to register is $45.
