From Acute Systems :CrossFont for Windows can convert TrueType and PostScript Type1 fonts between Macintosh and PC platforms and convert Type 1 to OpenType. Features include Zip and Stuffit support, font preview, automatic file recognition, drag and drop, folder searching, font outlines and hinting are preserved, OS X dfont support. Version 5.3 has updated font preview library and minor bug fixes.

Version: CrossFont 5.3
Pros: I just downloaded and converted 2 Mac fonts to PC fonts in less than 5 minutes from start to finish. I'd previously spent an hour search for the Windows version of the font online, without success. This is an excellent program and has a 15 day free trial.
