From Acute Systems :CrossFont for Windows can convert TrueType and PostScript Type 1 fonts between Macintosh and PC platforms. Features include automatic file recognition, drag-and-drop, folder searching, preserved font outlines and hinting, OS X dfont support, and NT SFM support.
In version 3.7 some problems with True Type, Type1 fonts and messages are fixed.
