From Acute Systems :

CrossFont for Windows can convert TrueType and PostScript Type 1 fonts between Macintosh and PC platforms. Features include automatic file recognition, drag-and-drop, folder searching, preserved font outlines and hinting, OS X dfont support, and NT SFM support.

What's new in this version:

Fixed problem where Type1 Mac to PC conversion would occasionally create a corrupt PFB file.
Fixed problem where Type1 Mac to PC conversion would occasionally cause a system error.
Fixed problem where .dfont was not recognized by CrossFont.
Fixed problem where TrueType Mac to PC conversion would rarely make CrossFont crash or create invalid fonts. This usually happened with large TrueType fonts.
