From Excode Software :There are millions of MP3, WMA and WAV files available for download from the Internet today. Unfortunately, using them in your cellular phone as ringtones is problematic. Audio files have to be cropped and encoded with a lower sample rate in order to fit the small memory of the phone. No expensive audio editing package is required. With Create Ringtone, you can crop and convert audio files and send them to your phone with a few mouse clicks. Version 3.2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: Create Ringtone 3.2
"THE entire software is practly wortheless"
Pros: UMMMM none
Cons: This software is bundled with warez p2p spyware bundler. I have no clue why they would bundle it with warez but it is. MS AntiSpyware is the only thing that picks it up. the Reg keys are registerd to create ringtone. I dont not recomend this Software at All
